Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for AvyradeskOS services.

Any one-time setup or onboarding fee is non-refundable once onboarding work has begun, as it covers configuration and setup effort.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and your service will continue until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle unless required by law.
